Weve been busy at another race venue today getting ready for the Safe at Last BIG Adventure Challenge which we are running on their behalf at Rother Valley – http://www.weekendatlast.co.uk/?p=428 on the 18th September.
The race will be in an orienteering style but with obstacles and fun thrown in! Im not going to give too much away at the moment but you can expect, hills, thrills, mud and water…. Heres a few pictures of the site so that you can see what might be in store!
The planners for the Suffolk Whole Hog race are just back from an adavanced recce of the site!
You will be pleased to know that the 2011 course is now fully planned! Although some of the old favourites will be part of the 12km course there will also be some new additions! This year the race will be more of an upper body workout so be prepared! There will be a wet and muddy landing for anyone not able to hang on long enough!!! Enough said! The route is also different this year so you can look forward to some new sites and challenges in East Anglias Toughest Race!!!

Another big weekend in Horton with Marie Curie’s annual Yorkshire 3 Peaks. It was a beautiful sunny day and with just over 300 participants it was also a busy one!
Lots of people took the opportunity to enjoy the walk at a leisurely pace and take in the scenery – a rare pleasure over the past few weeks.
The event went really well and Marie Curie were very pleased with the high amount of pledges made!
