The recent good weather has luckily coincided with our first abseils of the year. On the 6th March we had out first open abseil at Manchester Velodrome. It was quiter than normal but we still had a good turn out of brave souls!

On the 19th March we held an abseil at Millers Dale Viaduct in the Peak District for Christian Aid. It was a stunning day and the bridge makes an excellent abseil spot! The picture below shows what its all about!

We used to do the Millers Dale abseil back in the 70’s when I was at school in Buxton and straight into the river at the bottom.

Well we stop just short of the water now but the person who gets closest wins a prize!
